Vettura isn’t just another listing site – it’s a car dealership reimagined for the digital age. With a physical location in Israel and a powerful online presence, Vettura allows allows customers browse and buy from a curated stock of inspected used cars or buy a new car. No third-party sellers. No chaotic classifieds. Just one trusted provider handling the entire process. The site was designed to:
•Make it easy for car owners to request an inspection and sell their car
•Offer buyers a seamless browsing experience with verified listings
•Provide full transparency around vehicle condition, price, and history
•Ensure consistent communication through messaging, callback options, and support tools

Research
We began by immersing ourselves in the ensemble’s world – learning their history, values, and audience. Through interviews, cultural research, and content mapping, we laid the foundation for a site that would honor their identity and serve their future.
Development
We transformed the designs into a fast, responsive website packed with media and meaning. From costumes to concerts, every section was built to grow with the group and welcome visitors from around the world.
Discovery & Planning
We kicked things off with stakeholder workshops and interviews, digging into the real needs of Israeli car buyers and sellers. We defined clear user personas and studied both global leaders (Carvana, Vroom) and local competitors to shape the right product strategy.
Development & Integration
We built the platform using a modern front-end (Angular) and scalable back-end (Node.js). Key features included:
• Multi-step car listing with real-time validations
• Internal messaging and chat support
• High-performance search with dynamic filters
• Admin dashboard for inspection management and content moderation
We also optimized performance with CDN, image compression, code-splitting, and caching to keep load times lightning-fast.
Launch, QA & Support
After internal QA, we launched a private beta to gather usability feedback and fine-tune workflows.

Challenges & Solutions
1. Not a Marketplace – But Still User-Centered
Challenge: Designing the site to feel as intuitive as a marketplace, but reflecting Vettura’s role as the sole seller.
Solution: We created two distinct flows – “Sell Your Car” and “Browse Available Cars” – and kept the structure simple and familiar, while reinforcing Vettura’s authority as the sole dealer.
2. Making the Inspection Process Transparent
Challenge: Users needed confidence that car conditions and reports were legitimate.
Solution: Listings include high-res photos, detailed inspection reports, and service records – all managed through an internal admin panel with structured uploads.
3. Balancing Online Flow with Offline Sales
Challenge: Aligning the digital journey with in-person dealership operations.
Solution: We enabled real-time lead collection (via forms, callback requests, messages), making it easy for the Vettura team to follow up and continue the sales process offline.
4. Speed & Performance for a Media-Heavy Site
Challenge: Vehicle images and content can slow down user experience.
Solution: Optimized site speed using image compression, lazy loading, caching, and frontend performance best practices – all without sacrificing visual quality.
