Our Working Process

🔍 Research

We began by interviewing HR managers, shift supervisors, and operations leads across industries to identify bottlenecks in workforce coordination. The insights were clear: manual tracking was inefficient, outdated systems lacked integrations, and compliance was hard to maintain.

🎨 UX/UI Design

Our design goal was clarity and control. We developed a modular interface tailored for admins, HR teams, and employees – with intuitive dashboards, drag-and-drop scheduling tools, and clean document views. Every action had to be accessible within two clicks.

💻 Development

We engineered SAMAY with scalability in mind. A robust backend architecture supports real-time attendance logging, API integrations, secure document handling, and audit-ready reporting. The platform was tested across devices and is fully responsive for remote access.

🎯 Client Request

The client approached us to create an all-in-one solution that would replace outdated timekeeping, streamline HR operations, and offer modern integrations. Their vision was clear: automate, simplify, and digitize the entire workforce management process – and build it for scale.

🔬 Discovery Phase

We conducted discovery workshops with company stakeholders from HR, finance, and operations. Together, we mapped out pain points:

• Too much paperwork and manual entry

• Poor visibility into workforce availability

We created detailed user flows, personas, and a roadmap for a centralized platform that could solve these problems across departments.

🎨 Design Phase

During UI/UX, we emphasized clarity, accessibility, and control. Admin dashboards were designed for oversight, while employees had a clean interface to view shifts, submit leave, and track hours.

We designed:
