Solution and Key Features
Appricotsoft built MyREST from scratch based on these conversations: a QR-code platform that lives on guests’ phones paired with a powerful Admin Panel that became “the brain of restaurant operations.”
For guests, everything happens via QR scan: Google-synced table bookings, photo-rich digital menus with Pay&Go payments, on-table ordering, digital tipping, and instant reviews. No apps. No waiting.
Behind the scenes, the Admin Panel gives managers live reservations (including walk-ins), guest profiles (vegan preferences, birthdays for personalized greetings), menu controls (real-time specials, out-of-stock alerts), and full analytics showing top dishes, peak hours, and conversion rates.
