myREST Sp. z o.o. started in 2023 as a Polish hospitality tech company desperate to solve real pain points they heard directly from restaurant owners and hotel managers.

The problems were universal: 25% no-show rates crippled table turnover, manual Excel tracking ate hours daily, cash-only tips meant lost revenue, and hotel room service was dead—guests simply wouldn’t pick up the phone or download apps.

Without guest insights (regulars, preferences, peak hours), staff flew blind. Owners needed an all-in-one solution that worked with existing POS systems—no new hardware, no complex training, just immediate results.

Solution and Key Features

Appricotsoft built MyREST from scratch based on these conversations: a QR-code platform that lives on guests’ phones paired with a powerful Admin Panel that became “the brain of restaurant operations.”

For guests, everything happens via QR scan: Google-synced table bookings, photo-rich digital menus with Pay&Go payments, on-table ordering, digital tipping, and instant reviews. No apps. No waiting.

Behind the scenes, the Admin Panel gives managers live reservations (including walk-ins), guest profiles (vegan preferences, birthdays for personalized greetings), menu controls (real-time specials, out-of-stock alerts), and full analytics showing top dishes, peak hours, and conversion rates.

For hotels, MASTER QR HOTEL-SPA™ transformed room service—guests scan room codes for menus, order/pay/track food/spa services, driving F&B revenue through frictionless upsells.
